Cosy Stitching

Winter is setting in here in Ireland, its lovely to sit in front of the fire stitching away listening to the wind and rain outside, (not such fun if you have to go out in it) lucky we have an open fire as the boiler blew its top last week and it will be another week before we can get it sorted.
I have taken part in a few Christmas exchanges again this year, some I cant show yet as their partners havent yet received them, so thats for next time.  I am also excited about a travelling pattern heading my way to stitch.  It was started over at Craftymoo and has just been stitched by Cucki, if you want to head over to Cucki's blog and see her gorgeous stitching.

I stitched this little ornament for a Christmas  Exchange I took part in with the Friendly Stitchers group.  The designer is 'Janet Designs for Carousel' My partner Meari sent me the cutest Ornament (pic below)  Simply gorgeous, it will look fantastic on my tree.  Thanks Meari.

I have just joined a new group X-Stitch Monthly and joined in with the Christmas Exchange.  I stitch this  Ornament from the latest issue of Just Cross Stitch Ornament edition. Thankfully Kath liked it.

I also am up to date with my two SALS 'Around the World in 80 Sts' designed by Papillon Creations and Confetti of Hardanger designed by Abi of The Stitch specialist.  I find the 80 sts a little hard at times but really enjoying them both.

I stitched this for the 10th Anniversary of Friendly Stitchers competition, I really enjoyed stitching and making this little hanger. Mine came joined third.  The other entries were stunning.

Finally I stitched this from a chart supplied by 'The Victoria Sampler' Looked great for Halloween .
Happy Stitching everybody and keep warm and safe. xx
