Some finishes to show.

Some more photos of my finishes for you to look though, hope everybody is well and getting a little more sunshine than we are here in Ireland.

I joined in an exchange with Friendly Stitchers, I was sent the chart above to stitch which I finished into a cushion with some of the materials I won from Crazy Quilting Supplies I was really pleased with how it turned out, the group then had a poll to everybody to vote on their fav.  I won, yayyy, Life has been trying very hard to knock me down lately so this really cheered me up, my prize was some fantastic stitching goodies, see pic below.

I stitched this piece for Shelley of Fair and Square, luckily she loved it as much as I did making it for her.

I stitched this a while back but forgot to take a photo, as you do, you cant see from the photo but she is covered head to fins in beads.  Its a design called 'Mermaid of the Pearls' by Mirabilia.  It was a lovely project to stitch, needs to be framed how though.

I also managed to stitch up the next part in the Friendly Stitchers SAL 'Dawn of Spring' Designed by Mouse, I am really loving this SAL,

I also found some time to do the next section of Papillion Creations SAL 'Around the World in 80 Stitches'  I wont lie to you I am finding this a little tricky to do, but enjoying it all the same.  Trust me to go with the hardest option.

And last but not least I also stitched a little on my Mary Wigham SAL, only the two bottom motives but at least its a little further along.
Hopefully life will give me a break for a while and let me get on with my next project which is a bag by Rosewood Manor Designs for my Mum, my baby brother is getting married and I am going to try and match the colours to go with her gorgeous outfit she has for the big day.  She is so excited I am going to stitch her a bag, just hope it comes out we well as it looks in my head ;-)  Watch this space for that one.

A town I often go shopping to was completely flooded last night.  I dont know who you two guys are but get out of the water...  I hope it recedes soon and my thoughts are with you all down there in Douglas.

Love your Papillon progress. On my blog I've got a list of links to bloggers who are stitching this, may I add you?

Some lovely finishes. The Mermaid was certainly a fun stitch but also a lot of work with all the beading.
