All dressed up.

A friend had these dolls and wanted me to re dress them to fit into her new bedroom colour scheme once she has had it decorated.  Took me a while but I came up with the dresses on the pics.  There are 4 dolls in total and each used the same two pieces of very pretty silk fabric, with a few little extra touches here and there.  This was a first for me so quite pleased on how they turned out, although it was a struggle at times to cover old dolls with old doll blemishes.

Tree of Stitches finished

I have finished my Tree of Stitches design by Abi Gurden. This was a SAL with The Stitch Specialists.  I really enjoyed stitching this and decided to make it into a box to hold my Fav threads, I don't have too many so its somewhere special to keep them.

Biscornu Exchange, Friendly Stitchers

I made this Biscornu for Elizabeth in Scotland as an Exchange with the Friendly Stitchers Group.  It is designed by Yvonne Horn of Papillon Creations and was publised in last months (July 2011) edition of 'The Gift of Stitching Magazine'
Thanksfully Lizzie says she loves her Biscornu.
